I don't know how it got there but it's a very nice finish, it's a white color that's almost glossy but not glossy. I actually started this thread and just saw the posts. I mean, I've tried absolutely everything to just make the BM color just white and spent a lot of time on it.

Does simply white match with BM Revere pewter?

My black and white matches the BM Revere Pewter almost perfectly. If you look at the colors, they are similar. This does not apply to pure white.

MY CONCLUSION. A: I've tried everything to match BM's color with SW and it's never been a good match. If you're trying to use only white BM, I'll stick with it and not the color match to get the actual color. It turns yellow. BM and SW use a yellow pigment of a different color in the paint.
